Splashee accepts returns within 30 days of the delivery date. No service fees apply.
To qualify for a return, items must be in new, unused condition — free of stains, odors (including perfume), damage, or visible signs of wear — and must include the original packaging. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and unopened.
All returns will be carefully reviewed upon receipt, and any items that do not meet our return guidelines will be respectfully declined.

Kindly note that we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for damaged items reported more than 30 days after delivery.
As soon as we see that your item(s) are on their way back to us:
exchange requests, we’ll ship your replacement item(s) and send you a confirmation email with tracking details.
