We want your experience with us to be smooth and stress-free. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unwashed and unaltered

Returned in their original packaging
We reserve the right to decline returns if the product is damaged or shows signs of excessive wear.
🔁 Note: We do not provide return shipping labels. Return shipping typically costs around $10, depending on your location.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
Need a different size?
The fastest way is to return the original item, and once your return is approved, simply place a new order for the preferred size.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, no questions asked.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note, your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
